Rachael Gillies

Fully qualified and experienced yoga and meditation instructor.  I've been practicing yoga myself for 19 years and I want to share the incredible mental and physical benefits with others.  I have been teaching now since 2018 and in that time I have been fortunate enough to build up an amazing group of students and my classes have been growing in popularity each week.  I have also had the fantastic opportunity to be the sole instructor of Park Yoga Yeovil.  Free, outdoor yoga classes that have attracted over 140 people I offer a variety of classes and workshops that will both challenge and ease the body and mind.  Strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, relieve your body of daily aches and pains and feel calm and happy.  My aim is to help people feel strong and confident. Yoga equips you with everything you need to live life to the fullest. Give it a go, stick with it and I promise that you'll never regret that fisrt step you took into a class
